Troy Ave Won’t Face Murder Charges
The site obtained court docs that say Troy Ave was indicted on one account of attempted second degree murder and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
Troy’s bodyguard was killed in the attack, but investigators could allegedly not link the bullets back to the weapon Troy fired in the terrifying footage.
Troy’s lawyer is set to ask the judge to release him on bail at the next hearing.
