Subject: Am I too old to get some good loving?
Dear Steve and Shirley, I want to be intimate with my wife again. I’ve been married for 14 years. I’m 54 years old and my wife is the same age as I am. Our love life is gone. I watch her get dressed up every morning and she looks extremely sexy. She puts on sexy lingerie and her pretty clothes. But, she doesn’t want to give me any loving. She keeps saying that we are too old to be making love. There is absolutely nothing wrong with us physically or mentally, but she keeps refusing me. I have tried everything to get her back in bed with me. Our kids are grown and moved out. I have done everything in the world to show this woman that I love her with all my heart. This is the only woman in the world that I want and I’m hurting real bad. I discussed it with my friends and they told me to go get somebody else but I don’t want anybody else, I want my wife. I’ve had several conversations with my wife and I’ve given her romantic nights out and wonderful gifts… she still doesn’t want to give me any loving. Can you imagine how I feel, having the prettiest thing in the world and can’t have any of it? I really need some help.
