An aggressive training session can be tolling on your body, especially if you’re lifting weights or doing advanced exercises that your body isn’t used to. However, you shouldn’t let a little soreness stop you from continuing to work hard. Here are 3 tips to deal with post workout soreness:

  1. Use a Foam Roller to breakup tightness in your muscles. Here’s an example of how to do it:
  2.  Take an Epsom salt bath. Use hot water (as hot as you can stand) and soak for about 10 minutes.
  3. Get a massage. This option is my favorite (lol). Be sure to tell the masseuse where you are experiencing the most pain and make him/her aware of how much pressure you’d like applied to the area.
