Jump lunge 4 sets of 20

Mountain climbers 4 sets of 30

Elevated push up w/mountain climber 4 sets of 15

High Shuffles 4 sets of 20

If you have any issues jumping, take the lunges and squats down to a low impact version and only squat and lunge in the range that is comfortable for you. Have a great workout today!!
