With new year’s resolutions at an all time high, a lot of folks are trying to stay motivated to reach their fitness goals. Instead of focusing on what you want done in a year, try to take it a week or month at a time. Remember, RESULTS are what keep you motivated. Small fitness victories can help maintain your inspiration to press on toward your long term goal.
Personally, I recommend the “S.M.A.R.T.” approach. Fitness goals should be (S)pecific, (M)easurable, (A)chieveable, (R)elevant, and (T)ime bound. Learn more about setting “Smart” goals HERE.
