I do not consume fried foods often, but I treat myself at least once a week to one of my guilty pleasures. This week, thanks to some of my awesome co-workers, I tried Gus’s World Famous Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken! a restaurant that originated in Memphis. The chicken is fried in peanut oil, the baked beans banging and the coleslaw is AMAZING!! I didn’t regret intaking one calorie.
