There’s no doubt that being active is important for weight loss but being still is just as important. When I say “still,” I’m referring to sleep! There are so many benefits of a good night’s rest. From the positive impact on your attitude to having more energy throughout the day, getting enough zzzz’s can truly produce a better body.

Sleep controls your diet, while lack of sleep has a negative impact on your fat cells. We all have TONS of responsibilities, but it is so important to prioritize sleep.
