From the positive impact on your attitude to having more energy throughout the day, getting enough zzzz’s can truly produce a better body.
Sleep controls your diet, while lack of sleep has a negative impact on your fat cells. We all have TONS of responsibilities, but it is so important to prioritize sleep.
