An explosive $40 million lawsuit filed by the estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown accuses her boyfriend Nick Gordon of dragging her upstairs by her hair, stealing money, and knocking out her teeth before she was discovered comatose in a bathtub at her home earlier this year, according to ET.

News of the lawsuit, filed on Wednesday in Fulton County, Georgia, by Brown’s court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove, comes on the heels of reports that she was transferred to hospice after five months of treatment failed to reverse brain damage caused by the incident, writes the news outlet.

Gordon, 25, has been under intense scrutiny since Bobbi Kristina, the 22-year-old daughter of the late-Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, was found on Jan. 31 facedown in the bathtub, but details of allegations against him were kept close to the vest until the suit was filed.

Court documents allege that Bobbi Kristina and Gordon got into a “loud argument” before police found her, and that she was supposed to meet with an unnamed “confidant” about his abusive behavior that same day, reports say. The lawsuit also claims that Gordon transferred $11,000 from her account after she was taken to the hospital.

Lawyers for Gordon, who was spotted in Florida, declined to comment on the suit.
