alg-perry-jpg-2Movie mogul extraordinaire Tyler Perry (pictured) reportedly filed for a protective order on Monday at the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta against a former employee, Joshua Sole (pictured below).  The alleged stalker, who is also an actor, was arrested Friday and charged with criminal trespassing at the Tyler Perry Studios. He reportedly went through obscene extremes to try to get face time with the director, after numerous attempts at personally contacting him failed, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Perry is also reportedly suing Sole and demanding $100,000, plus $25,000 in legal fees.

Sole is being accused of disengaging the power to disable alarms and surveillance equipment at the famed Atlanta-based film studios and climbing through a suspended ceiling into the facility.  Atlanta metro police were summoned by the studio’s head of security after the 27-year-old was observed by a few employees as “acting weird.”  Sole then allegedly barricaded himself in a studio administrative office for four hours before officers were able to physically collar him.

Perry, who currently co-stars in the film, “Gone Girl,” is reportedly requesting in his court documents that Sole keep a distance of at least 500 feet away from him.  The performer also wants the young man to undergo psychological evaluation and treatment.

It has not been reported however what Sole’s job was at the studio or whether he was fired.

Perry contends, he is entitled to the requested monies in his lawsuit because he was subjected to “discomfort and annoyance caused by the diminished value of peaceful enjoyment” he gets from the property according to AJC.

Meanwhile a Fulton County judge apparently didn’t think Sole was a menace and released him on the same day he was jailed on a $7,000 bond!
