According to our friends over at Eben GregoryBET Network owned Centric has allegedly ordered a fourth season of the cancelled show” Single Ladies created by Stacy A. Littlejohn and put out by VH1 and Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit Entertainment.

This news will come to either the joy or frustration of many fans and viewers out there as those who liked the show lovvvved the show…but those who felt otherwise..well they spent many weeks on Twitter bashing the show and it’s stars.

When it was announced that VH1 would not be picking the show back up for another season many were happy but even more were truly upset and they took to social media to speak on their hopes and desires that another channel would find the love for the show that they themselves had and pick it up.

Well, it sounds like their prayers may have been answered because it’s being reported that the show has been picked up by Centric as part of a larger content development pact with Latifah’s Flavor Unit Entertainment.

As a result of this project with Latifah…Centric will also carry repeats of the Queen Latifah Show. The network will carry the talk show the same way it has The Wendy Williams Show in the past.

In a statement, BET Networks Chairman-CEO Debra Lee said,

“We are thrilled to be working once again with Flavor Unit Entertainment and Queen Latifah. She does it all and we are happy to have her join us as a creative force as we continue to grow Centric into a premiere destination for African American women.”

There was no word on whether or not there would be any casting changes…additions or otherwise.

Congratulations to Latifah on yet another coup…a pretty darn big one if you ask us!

When “Single Ladies” will make it’s Centric debut is still not clear…we’ll all just have to stay tuned for that info!
