Although his Young Money rapper lied about growing up in the Valley on MTV’s never-released game show “Bustas,”Tyga was raised by a single mom in Compton, Calif.
“The intro beginning was scripted. I never grew up in the Valley. I lived in Compton/Gardena my whole life,” he revealed during a radio interview earlier this year.
