Actor Leo O’Brien — who starred in the cult classic film “The Last Dragon” — has died in New York City. According to TMZ, a cause of death has yet to be determined because the autopsy is currently going on.

O’Brien played Bruce Leroy’s younger and cooler brother Richie Green. Besides his role in “The Last Dragon,” O’Brien amassed a cult-like following for his role in the 1985 urban film “Rappin’” and other movies that hip-hop inspired into existence. “Rappin” starred Eriq La Salle and Mario Van Peebles about two rival rappers going to war in a small country town.

Leo O’Brien made headlines last year when he was shot twice in Harlem. Police caught the person suspected of the shooting and charged him with attempted murder.
