Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine Jackson was reported missing by her nephew over the weekend, but police have finally gotten in contact with the matriarch of the Jackson clan.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ police were able to make contact with Katherine yesterday, and she informed them “she is fine and with a family member.” She’s reportedly in Arizona.
The LA County Sheriff’s Department has been investigating Katherine’s whereabouts since she was reported missing late Saturday night. Authorities are speaking to Jackson family members to find out exactly why Katherine’s nephew filed the missing person report in the first place.
