While covering the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, Roland Martin and NewsOne Now have given Black Republicans a platform to speak to the show's predominantly African-American audience.

With the NAACP Convention only a few hours drive from where the Republican National Convention is being held this week in Cleveland, it would seem to have been a quick trip for "The Donald" to make in order to speak with the nation's largest Black civil rights organization.

An estimated 52 percent of Republican voters would have preferred someone else as their party's standard-bearer.
