Strawberry Letter: Promiscuous First Lady
Steve and Shirley,
This is another church letter. My church just elected a new pastor, after having been under the leadership of our former pastor for over 40 years. The new pastor is considerably younger, and his wife is as well, and she is the subject of this letter.
See, from day one, she has been overly friendly with me, more so than the typical first lady kind of friendly. To get to the point, she and I ended up doing the do. I am 28 years old, so I am a grown man, but I have to say, that this 39 year old woman seduced me, and persuaded me to cheat on my fiancée with her. Since she and I ended up engaging in relations, I can’t seem to get rid of her. Often times she calls and texts my phone, she says little inappropriate things to me on the side while at church, and she even kisses her husband in front of me, as to say “look at what you can be getting.”
A couple of the older women in the church have started talking, because obviously they have been observing what’s going on, or they have gotten wind of what went down with the two of us, and my fiancée has even started to question me about our closeness. I am the Assistant Pastor of my church, and I have a big responsibility, but it seems like the only way I can resolve this is to leave my church, which I don’t want to do. However, I don’t want the Pastor to know what happened, and things current actions of his wife.
How do I get rid of this woman without causing a big confusion, and how do I bring this to my fiancée?
