DJ Kid Capri’s Mother Dies

Legendary DJ and producer Kid Capri (real name David Love) just announced via twitter that he lost his mother.

“I just watch my moms take her last breath, I am beyond hurt,.’” he wrote. “I will always always have you in my mind and heart, I love you Ma!”

Capri is a pioneer in the hip-hop DJ and mixtape game and was most recently the master judge on Smirnoff’s reality series Master of The Mix.
