Washington also shared what talents he and Ludacris’ father brought to the organization while they attended:

“They had a talent show and we played the Beatles, we were musical long before him (Ludacris), and we were terrible. We went about these cheap lil wigs, and 2 dollar guitars and we won.”

Washington is committed to his career of acting and directing in the arts and The Boys and Girls Club of America:

“Im in the service business, You’ll never see a U-Haul behind a hearst…you can’t take things with you, Its all about what you’re doing while you’re here…and that’s why I’m here tonight…for the movie but most importantly for The Boys and Girls Club.”
