Protests have erupted all across America after a grand jury in Ferguson, Missouri decided not to indict police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown. Atlanta’s own Judge Glenda Hatchett called Carol Blackmon and gave her take on the “highly unusual” grand jury process in Ferguson.
