Six Flags Over Georgia is hiring nearly 3,000 people for the 2014 season.

The amusement park is currently in the middle of a two-week hiring blitz leading up to opening day on Saturday, Mar. 15.

Anyone interested in working for Six Flags can apply online at sixflagsjobs.com. All applicants must be at least 16 years old. Those who are qualified will be contacted by a park representative for on-site interviews.

Several positions are available, including game attendants, ride operators, security, retail, admissions, and lifeguards for the new Hurricane Harbor water park, which will make its Georgia debut this year on the site of the old Southern Star Amphitheatre.

A Representative from ADT will hire for a Permanent Part-Time Marketing Representative $8 per hour. Requirements: Applicant must have excellent verbal and people skills to address the public with outside and/or Telemarketing sales experience.
