Subject; On-going Booty Call
Hello Steve and Shirley,
My question is: Is it me or do I have it right? I’ve been seeing this woman in the suburbs of Philly, I’ve been dating this woman for 6 months and I live in NYC. My problem is she has a “friend”- some guy named Charles whom she met in college. Then a few years later they started having a sexually relationship., because she wasn’t seeing anyone but he was. He was a “friend with benefits” and then she was seeing someone for 10 yrs. Then the friend with benefits again. Now we are together and this guy sends her texts and was calling her. Just last week this guy sent her a text saying he’s not in a relationship and she responded that she is in a relationship. I told her men do this because we are checking-in on the booty. I told her It’s for her to tell this guy not to call or text her and let him know that if she wants to communicate with him she will call or text him first. She told me he’s a friend I told he’s waiting to hit the booty and just keeps texting to keep the connection. She said she doesn’t have to be mean and nasty and tell him not to communicate with her because he understands she’s in a relationship……Is it me? Because if this guy wanted to really see her he would have left his woman – because he wasn’t married. This is an on going booty call waiting to happen!
