TheUrbandaily: So last question, what’s been your favorite moment from R&B Divas so far?

Jubba: Hmm my favorite moment from “R&B Divas.” It was a really great season for the first time. You know what; I loved watching the transformation of Keke Wyatt. When she came on there wasn’t one moment, it was a transformative thing that happened with her. From episode one– and I was watching digital media and social media- the audience went right on the attack from what they knew about her, [saying] “she was crazy,” “she stabbed her husband,” did all these things and then you meet her and you find out she’s joined at the hip with her husband and has real separation anxiety issues with that because of her past and we saw her grow just even in the course of the short season that we did. We saw her go and get help and we saw her girlfriends really try to pull her up and create some kind of independence for her. I just loved seeing that because it was transformative.

You really could see how reality shows aren’t just about circus. You saw something positive come out of it and it was her growth. I’m just a big fan of hers and just to watch that happen in front of us, that was a really great thing.

I love all those ladies. They put their lives out there for us to see and I’ve become a huge fan of them all.
