Reports that Frank Ocean was arrested for engaging in intimate acts with another man while driving have turned out to be false.
The soul singer was stopped by police in California, but he was pulled over for speeding, not for engaging in “suspicious behavior,” as had previously been reported.
The California Highway Patrol reportedly clocked Ocean’s black BMW exceeding the 65mph speed limit, which led to Ocean being pulled over. The singer was given a notice to appear citation for a few different violations, including driving on a suspended license.
