Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson’s life has been turned upside down since he spent the night in jail for head butting his now estranged wife Evelyn Lozada.

In an explosive appearance on ESPN’s First Take, the former NFL All-Star opened up about the domestic violence situation and claimed he is taking responsibility for his actions.

When Ochocinco joined the First Take panel, they immediately asked about what happened with Evelyn. Chad didn’t go into details, but he did admit he cheated on Evelyn and had been involved in a domestic violence dispute when he was in college. Although he was remorseful, he did mention that he’d never been in trouble like this before.

He also dropped a bombshell when he said he doesn’t consider himself divorced because he purposely signed the wrong name on the divorce papers.
