George Zimmerman has had his bond revoked by a Florida judge and must report back to jail within 48 hours.

Zimmerman, who shot and killed unarmed Florida teenager Trayvon Martin in February, was charged with second-degree murder on April 11 and has been free on bail.

Seminole County Circuit Court Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. accused Zimmerman of having misrepresented how much money he had when his bond was originally set in April, CNN reports. Martin’s attorneys had asked Lester to revoke Zimmerman’s bond.

Prosecutors argued that Zimmerman “misrepresented, misled and deceived the court” during the April bond hearing not only about his family’s financial circumstances but about whether he had a U.S. passport.

In another development in the racially-charged case, Zimmerman’s defense team and prosecutors agreed that a host of information in the case should remain sealed.

Martin, 17, who lived in Miami with his mother, was shot to death February 26 by Zimmerman while walking in a Sanford, Florida, neighborhood where he was staying during a visit with his father.
