Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster have been locked in a bitter child custody dispute for several months now, and now a judge has ordered the pair to work out a temporary custody agreement in a private mediation.
According to TMZ, the two are set to face the court later today and if they don’t agree to terms on their own, the judge will impose a temporary order, deciding how they will split their time with the children.
Usher filed for divorce from Tameka in June 2009 after almost two years of marriage, and Tameka wants full custody of their sons, claiming the singer secretly uses drugs.
