Just days after Heidi Klum filed for divorce, her soon to be ex-hubbie Seal responded with court papers seeking joint physical custody of the couple’s four children. Heidi wants primary physical custody, with Seal getting visitation.
According to TMZ, Heidi is always with the kids when Seal is on tour, which means she may end up being the custodial parent.
Seal wants the judge to deny spousal support to Heidi. For her part, she wants to deny spousal support to Seal.
This may get ugly!
