While promoting their new movie, Think Like A Man, the film’s cast talked about the tragic killing of Trayvon Martin.

Actress Regina Hall had this to say:

“We all come from black men –we have uncles, brothers, nephews and we’re sitting next to one. Any time something happens [like this], you feel for all the men in your community and all the other communities it affects as well. It’s a tragic day for all of us. Their family, our prayers go out to them and we hope that this situation makes us take a deeper look so this doesn’t happen again, again, again and again. Obviously, it’s been happening quite a bit.”

Meagan Good followed with:

“And a bigger stand at being vocal about it and bringing it to center stage and just keep doing that because I feel like the more attention that we give it and the more we are vocal about it, the more it can not be ignored.”
